How to eat Spitz Seeds
Of course you can eat the original Spitz Sunflower Seeds as you like it.
However here are e few tip form “experienced” Spitz Sunflower Professionals. Its not very easy at first but with a litte practice it works very smooth:
- Put about a dozen of Seeds in your mouth
- Move them in to one corner of your cheek
- Transfer one Seed with your tongue from the cheek to the middle of your mouth
- Crack the Seed with your teeth
- Split the outside shell and the seed
- Spit out the shell and enjoy your Spitz seed
- Start over with the next sunflower seed
